Natalie is ONE!

Natalie Grace, you are officially a big 1 year old!! Look how big you've gotten!

This has been an amazing, busy, chaotic, fast, but oh so sweet year with you. You have brought so much joy to our family and completed it. We love you so, so, so much.

I hold you each day wishing you would stay this little but that wouldn't be fair to you. I am so excited to see you grow up and enjoy all the little things with you and your siblings. You and your brothers and sister make this whole parenting thing a pure joy. It is so fun to get to be a parent and do "kid things" with y'all. It makes my heart so happy to see you four happy. I love you all so much beyond words, and can only imagine how much our Heavenly Father loves us-that times a thousand and more! I pray that you come to know Christ at an early age and grow up always seeking Him, to please Him and love Him with all your heart.

We had a fun first birthday party for you on your actual birthday. Sweet family and friends came to make it special. You enjoyed pink cake and plenty of presents. You were adorable in your outfit and charming to everyone as usual.

My guess is you weigh somewhere around 24 lbs. now. You have your checkup at the beginning of October so we will see then. You are in 12-18 month clothes (mostly 18 month). You sleep great, and still nap twice a day. You eat baby food/yogurt/puffs/finger foods and love mac n cheese or pasta. You drink water and milk and have 7 teeth! You are cruising around on furniture so I know you'll be walking any day now. You can walk with your little baby doll stroller walker and get so excited. You love to clap and point and dance. You make lots of fun noises like a little piggy, clicking with your tongue, saying words like baba, mama, dada, and "bush"-whatever that means. You have a contagious laugh and rarely cry. But when you do, you sound just like Landon. You are always happy and people still ask me on a regular basis if you're always that happy. You are! You are starting to be able to hold your own against your siblings and can show a little temper with them (or even with us if you want something!)
You got to turn around in your carseat too!
You also met the cow at Chick-fil-A (who you tried to eat) and they brought you an ice dream with a candle and sang you Happy Birthday!
And you are still my sweet (and silly) little shopping buddy (especially at Hobby Lobby)

You had some beautiful 1 year old pictures taken. Gorgeous!
 My favorite!

This is the same little bed and tutu you were in for your newborn pictures. So sweet.

You are just the sweetest little love and I can't wait for more years to come with you! Happy 1st birthday, baby girl! (You will always be our baby!)
