Landon is 13 Months Old!

New smile-aka "I'm up to no good"

Landon turned 13 months old on Sunday. I wasn't sure if I was going to do the monthly updates after his birthday but I figured I'd do just a little at least. Landon is in 12-18 month clothes, size 4 shoes and somewhere around 20-21 pounds. He has not gained hardly any weight since he became mobile! He started walking a week before he turned 13 months and is zooming around the house like crazy! He's getting so good and is learning to turn and stoop over to pick things up. I've noticed he is sleeping better and taking better naps now that he's walking :) He sleeps about 12 hours straight at night and takes 2 naps a day, usually around 1.5-2 hours each. I love my good sleeping children! He is on mostly table food (whatever we eat) but every once in awhile he eats baby food as well to make sure he gets enough. I'm kind of tired of the baby food, as Madison was completely done with it as this age, but she also had almost double the amount of teeth Landon does right now. He has 8 teeth with more coming in-the drooling has started again pretty badly.
Landon loves to clap, wave, point to everything, and point to his head for "Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes" and make silly noises and click with his tongue. He loves the song "If You're Happy and You Know It." He doesn't say a whole lot but he is still very verbal. He grunts and points a lot but he does say a few words like Mama, Dada, byebye, etc. and his favorite, "Duh!" He's usually pointing at the cat when he says that, hmmm. He loves rolling his cars/trucks on the floor and playing with balls. He loves to get into things but is doing better when we tell him "No." He loves wrestling with Madison but his favorite thing to do is lay his head on her belly--it's so sweet. He's beginning to get into the imitation phase more and more, whether he imitates us or Madison. For example, brushing his hair with the brush, pulling on/off his socks.
He decided he wanted his nail clippers washed. This is one of the many things he has put in his laundry...that I don't find until later.

And this video cracks me up...imitating Madison-CRAZY kids spazzing out!
