19 Months

Madison, you are 19 months old today! You look just like your Daddy and are such a big girl and Mommy's big helper. You absolutely love your baby brother and can't get enough of him. You always greet him with "Hi, Baby!" You always ask to hold him and insist on bringing me all of his blankets, socks, clothes, and diapers. You even like to throw away his "icky" diapers. You have become quite the little gymnast, and are able to do a real somersault all by yourself, as well as climb to the very top of the couch to turn on the light (which makes me very nervous). You LOVE to sing your own songs, say "Hi" or "Hello" to everyone you see, and dance to music. I do catch you singing Justin Bieber's "Baby, Baby, Ohhh" at times though, too! You love to say "cheese!" for the camera but as soon as we take a picture you say "Let me see!" You like to put your own clothes on (and off). You are so loving and give lots of hugs and kisses, but I think you are also at the peak of separation anxiety...Mommy can't even walk out of the room sometimes without you yelling my name and chasing me. You are always so happy and are very ticklish, and like to say "yay!" when we do something fun. You love to play on the playground and stay outside as long as you can. You love to point out the "air-pane" in the sky. Your vocabulary increases everyday, and we have added numbers and shapes to it, such as "obal" (oval), diamond, and especially heart. You are a very healthy eater still, and prefer your veggies such as broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots over things like fries and chicken fingers. You are Mommy's little petite girl and wear 18-24 month clothes and finally almost size 5 shoes. You finally go back to the doctor tomorrow for your (very late) 18 month appointment and shots. You seem like such a big girl now that you are a big sister, but you are still our little baby girl!
